Thanks for the article! I thought it was really interesting to read that some countries are going to begin testing for "digital literacy" skills.
I know that far too often parents, teachers, and even students think that if they do not like to read "books" then they do not like to read. I try and dismiss such ideas, but still -- books are overvalued as the only "noteworthy" reading material in our culture.
